How does the quartz stone slabs are loaded on 20GP container from Horizon factory

Usually, quartz stone slabs are loaded into a 20GP container. The quartz stone slabs are quite weighty, measuring 3200x1600mm (126×63 inches). A slab of 2cm thickness weighs around 250KG, while a slab of 3cm thickness weighs around 372KG.

When quartz stone slabs are fully load into a container, the total weight can reach 26,000KG. Due to their weight and size, specific tools, machines, and require skilled professionals to load the slabs safely and ensure that they remain secure during transportation.

Perpare all quartz slabs that need to be loaded:

Normally, all the quartz slabs are placed together in our warehouse. This makes it easy to locate and load them into containers when necessary.

Prepare the wooden pellets:

To provide stability, the quartz slabs are secured in a fumigation wooden frame that is both sturdy and durable. The typical frame has a thickness of 50x60mm and a middle width of 30cm, allowing it to accommodate up to 15 slabs of 2cm thickness accordingly.

Use forklift truck and traveling crane load it into container

Forklift truck is regular tools to lift heavy and mass goods, its will be very helpfull when load quartz slabs, also when offloading, after fix all the slabs into wood frame, then lift it into container and fix it more more wood strip
